If you’re an academic then I’m usually open to discussing possible collaborations. My primary focus right now is machine learning for protein engineering. I am generally interested in topics across scientific machine learning. I’m thinking of getting into regenerative medicine (but I’m not an expert yet).

I have previously focused on neural differential equations, numerical methods, scientific computing, and open-source software.
